The protocol is now maintained by UFSTP to which continued maintenance of the protocol has been assigned.    

 

Certificates of Insurance and notarized agreements will remain on file for each participant. You will remain listed as a verified participant at (https://www.ufstp.com/verify) pursuant to your active status with the FMCSA as well as your continued participation with UFSTP.

 

Payment automatically confirms renewal of your participation. Your receipt will serve as evidence of your renewal and your company will remain listed as a verified participant. No further documentation is required at this time.

UFSTP is not affiliated with any government agency, and participation in the UFSTP program is not required by any government regulation.
