Annual fee for motor carrier participation in the Uniform Food Safety Transportation Protocol. Participation includes a listing of the motor carrier as a participant in the UFSTP as well as confirmation that the carrier is authorized, licensed and insured and a link to the carrier's website if desired. Upon receipt of your appication & payment, we will send you the required documentation to sign and notarize. Your UFSTP participation will not be confirmed or publicized until the documentation is completed.
